Spyros I. Arsenis is a Civil Engineer having a Diploma from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with a professional career spanning over 30 years, actively participating in the design and implementation of complex, large‑scale engineering projects. Throughout his career, he has worked as a design engineer, design coordinator, construction manager, Director of Design & Coordination, and Project Director, gaining a comprehensive understanding of a project’s life cycle — from design, to construction site and operation.

He has been involved in the design and coordination of complex projects, from the perspective of a Civil Engineer, including large‑scale railway and metro works as well as thermal power generation plants (CCPP/OCPP) in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with installed capacity ranging from 15MW to 1.2GW. At the same time, he has a strong background in programming and developing CAD/CAE applications for civil engineering projects, and he is actively engaged in the application of digital technologies (BIM/IM) and the integration of innovative tools in the design and implementation phases of a project.
