Panos Panayiotides is a Civil Engineer with an MBA and more than 25 years of leadership experience in real estate development and construction in Greece. He has delivered projects exceeding 800,000 sq.m. across sectors including hospitality, mixed-use, office, sports facilities, retail, and logistics, with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) surpassing €1 billion.

Since October 2025, he has been serving as an Advisor to Grivalia Development, having previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer from June 2024 to September 2025.

In September 2023, he founded P. Development, a company providing real estate development services to third parties, as well as undertaking the development of owned assets. Prior to that, from November 2022 to August 2023, he served as CEO of Inventio Edge Development S.A., where he was responsible for the development of the Ella Resorts portfolio.

From 2005 to 2022, he was Chief Operating Officer of Dimand S.A., leading landmark, high-profile developments such as PIRAEUS TOWER, AEK OPAP ARENA, MAROUSSI CAMPUS (PwC HQs), KAIZEN/STOIXIMAN, SYGGROU OFFICE COMPLEX, ONE & ONLY ATHENS, MARRIOTT MOXY ATHENS CITY, PIRAEUS PORT PLAZA, AGEMAR (Angelopoulos Group), KARELLA OFFICE PARK, SHOP & TRADE HQs, and COSMOTE TV.

He specializes in strategic planning, rigorous budget control, and team leadership, with a strong focus on on-time project delivery, adherence to the highest design and construction standards, and the development of environmentally certified buildings.

He is fluent in English and, in his free time, actively participates in endurance sports, including marathons and triathlons.
