George Tzouvalas is Head of Product Quality and Innovation at HERACLES Group, a member of Holcim, where he leads the strategic development of product excellence and innovative building materials solutions. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and brings over two decades of experience across in cement and concrete technology, quality control, and product development.  Throughout his career, he has advanced through key roles in cement quality control, product development and technical support, demonstrating strong leadership in both technical and commercial domains.
