Dr. Antonis Panas holds the position of the General Director of TEKAL S.A., a construction company specializing in large-scale infrastructure, marine and building projects offering construction services throughout the country.

He has extensive experience in managing complex construction projects for both the public and private sectors. He also serves as Vice President of IPMA Greece and President in the Companies Section of PEDMEDE (Panhellenic Association of Engineers Contractors of Public Works) while acting as a liaison with the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC) for the development of policy proposals on a European level.

He is also teaching in the Faculty of Civil Engineering, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), as well as the University of West Attica and his research interests and publications focus on innovation aspects of contemporary construction project management.

Dr. Panas is a Civil Engineer and holds an M.Sc. in Construction Management from Loughborough University and a PhD in Resource Planning of Civil Engineering Projects from the Centre for Construction Innovation of the NTUA.
