The return period, according to the law, is 14 days from the date of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases

According to Law 2251/1994 (as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013), you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products and before the completion of the installation of digital goods on your computer, and/or on your tablet, and/or on your mobile device.

In order to exercise the above right, you must notify us in writing by sending your request to our email address sales@ypodomes.com and return the products within 14 calendar days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.

Refunds, where applicable under the above terms, for all products and services provided by the Legal Library, are processed within 20 business days after we receive your cancellation request (along with the necessary supporting documents, as will be communicated to you in writing upon submission of the request).

The refund will be made:
1. In the case of a charge to your credit card, the Infra Media Once the payment has been received by the bank, the funds will be refunded to your card (except for partial refunds, which will be made via bank transfer).
2. In all other cases of payment (bank transfer, cash, etc.), the refund will be made via a bank account that you provide. Our specialized company staff is available to assist you at any time, both before and after the delivery of our products, ready to resolve any issue or question. You can report any problems you may encounter regarding our services through our call center.

A corresponding document (sales credit note) will also be issued, matching the original purchase document (service invoice).
